The Al Motawa Trading Company Management
At the heart of MTC's operation are the company's Executives which acts as the overall decision-making body of the company who are responsible for
business-critical decisions and stratigem in keeping up with the market demand. On the top of this very important seats is our MTC's Chairman, Mr. Jawad Al Motawa and our General Manager, Mr. Naim Al Motawa.
Below the Executive body are the company's Department Heads managing each of MTC's major divisions and is logically divided into four major departments, namely, 1) Finance; 2) Administrative (also the Human Resource Department or HR); 3) Sales and Marketing; and 4) Procurement.
Together, the Al Motawa Trading Company's Executives and the Department heads comprise the MTC's Management.
